PAYMENTS:
EFT and bank deposit is the preferred method of payment for
membership renewals, workshops, retreat payments etc.

MEMBERSHIP:
Membership is open to anyone with an interest in patch working and quilting, or any craft activity.
Membership enables the member to attend every Thursday, all Guild meetings,
Workshops, and the Annual Retreat.
Also receive a monthly Newsletter, and get a birthday Fat Quarter.

Membership of NOTYQ Guild is $35 per year plus a joining fee of $5
and the year runs from 1 April to 31 March,

For those joining during the year pro-rata rates are available upon application
to the Membership Secretary.

Guild Name badges are available for $11

RETREAT:
The NOTYQ Weekend Retreat is held on the first full weekend in August,
at Lake Dewar Lodge, 339 Garrards Lane,
Myrniong, Vic (15 mins from Bacchus Marsh).
There is a two night and a three night option.
A deposit is required in November with the balance required by the 1st June.


NOTYQ Workshop Booking& Cancellation Policy:
Booking
        · To secure your place a Booking Form must be returned to the Workshop   Coordinator 
           and your  payment confirmed.
        ·  When the workshop is full a waiting list will be kept.        
Cancellations       
        ·  If you are unable to attend the workshop, contact the Workshop Coordinator
        ·  If there is no one on the waiting list you may find a replacement 
           and make financial arrangements with that person.        
Refunds
If your class has been cancelled, you will receive a refund after
costs already outlaid have been considered.
